Using Outlook to Schedule a Team’s Meeting
The steps below guide you through scheduling a Teams meeting in a Conference Room:
1. Open Outlook and Click on the Outlook Calendar.
2. Click on New Meeting at the top right corner of the Outlook Calendar.
3. Click on Teams Meeting as shown on the screen below
4. Set the Title, Date, Time, and invite the conference room.
5. The instructions above will allow you to join the meeting through Teams or Outlook
