Can I access my files how I used to access my files on Shared Network Drives? - With the exception of OneDrive, files stored in the Microsoft 365 Cloud cannot be accessed in file explorer (shown in the picture below) and will need to be accessed via the specific application in the Microsoft 365 Cloud How do I access my files? Files stored in OneDrive can be accessed from your OneDrive folder on your computer (File Explorer) or in any web browser by going to Office.com Files stored in SharePoint can be accessed from the Trunk on the SharePoint site that files are located on.
